Get Moving Program
This cardio-only program is the ideal first step into or back to your fitness journey. This program is designed for someone who just wants to start or may have been battling back from injuries and aren't ready for the gym and resistance training...yet. Just get moving! This program focuses on fitness, nutrition and mindset.

Bodyweight Program
The M3 Bodyweight Program is designed to be an approachable program with minimal equipment required... like none. We recommend using this program if you are relatively new to fitness or if it's been a little while. This is geared to constructing a foundation of muscular stability to be able to build off of.
